we had it at one point but it was to buggy, maybe sometime in the future
So is the server down or..... what? I FINALLY found a modpack with ALL the techy mods i want in it and it would be a shame if the server is down for good.

no the pack shall never be dead.
Were just pretty dang stable at the moment so no updates are needed.

so when i updated the pack when i load my world every time it goes to a white screen and wont load.
just download the server files, put your world in there, run the launch.bat
if it finishes loading then your good, place it back in the client save folder and play.
or
it will ask you to type /fml confirm
do so then when it finishes, drop it in your saves folder and play
I am attempting to use a shader mod with this mod pack. I was wondering if you know of any that are compatible with it. So far every one I use crashes before forge can finish loading.
no, because shaders isnt compatible with any forge version above 1448, most mods use anything above that, so no shaders currently work.
there is source code out for shaders, but nobody has compiled it and made it publicly available yet, so its probably just a waiting game
actually forge 1448 is the recommended forge version so very few mods use anything above it
1448+ is when they changed the liquid system, which is what most mods are currently using
I have an issue I updated my server and I can log in just fine but once my friends log in the server crashes

download the server files on the right and run the launch.bat assuming you have portfowarding, look up tutorials
I want to do a server with the server files but when im starting there console say "Downloading file http://... and then I must close the console
make sure your using java 8, and try running the launch.bat as administrator, make sure the server file is allowed through your antivirus as well

I am having an issue where my game crashes as I surf the NEI menu while looking for crafting instructions. Im getting a " Java Binary Error " message. I have 10 GB of memory dedicated to launch menu, My graphics drivers are updated, and my processor is barely stressed. Any ideas as to what I could do to avoid these crashes?

its most likely mek its not just this mod pack it happens on other packs. something wrong with the nei uploading certain things of mek. that would be a mod maker problem
Try to dedicate less memory to the launcher. 4GB is enough I think :)

Hi, I got the error that said I had to go to a link and I saw here what I needed to do so that's fixed, but after it tries to launch the game it just stops without any errors poping up. any idea of what may cause this problem?

Hey, awesome work, all mods works fine without any problem.
Since one or two week, I add 9 Mods (ExtraUtilities, Magical Crops, Random Things, Chisel Facades, Gregs Lightning, OptiFine, RouterReborn, Realistic World Generator, SolarFlux) and remove the Weather Mod.
All these Mods work without any Problems. How about to add them?
not intrested in adding extra utilities, not a realistic looking industrial mod, magical crops (anything magic except thaumcraft we dont want) optifine we dont have permission for, the others i can look at
