Added 2 new components; Chat and Sounds.
The Chat-Component sends custom chat-messages to the target, the Sounds-Component plays a custom sound on the target.
Specify the Text for Chat, by renaming a sign to the custom message.
Specify the Sound for Sounds, by renaming a noteblock to the custom sound (name it e.g. botania:doit).
Also fixed a bug concerning Locate, Search & Remote, so it works with server.
