So lately I've searched around the internet on a quest to find a good "realism" modpack. To my surprise, I found little to no results. What I did find was lacking in content or actual gameplay mechanics(I found plenty of packs with shaders, animated player, and weather, but little else).
With that in mind, I took the idea of adding more realism to minecraft into my own hands.
Before you get started, I urge you to read this guide of one of the central mods; minefantasy.

Minefantasy is a major mod that alters the early game stages rather heavily, and if you are to get tools better than stone, you'll want to read that.
You will probably also want to look up the Thirst mod, the Millenaire and Minecraft Comes Alive mods, the Weather and Nature Reborn mods, and the Zombie Awareness mod to aid with starting out (and deciding where to settle).
Lastly, before you jump in, I'd like to point out on behalf of the modders that you should NOT decompile the modpack or any of it's mods. You are encouraged to share a link to this page or any of the modders' pages, just don't claim that my stuff or any of the modders' stuff is yours.
