Someone can give me a link with map, or someone can tell me where i cand download this map ? So how... you make a skyblock modpack.. but you dont put a map in modpack? i dont belive this...

Iguana's tinker tweaks makes you unable to use vanilla tools, wooden(i think), and stone tinker tools. It also limits your part material choice, like no cactus hammer heads or stuff
you need to build a hammer to collet the stone (you get stone nuggets which you craft together into cobblestone) then you can build in tinkers construct some stone tools. ;)
sorry false information. you need to build a stone hammer instead of some stone tools because you make gravel out of cobbelstone and with the flintstone from the gravel you make some tinkers tools.
