hey can you get and Resource packfor this Resourcepack
How do you guys deal with tainted nodes? Seems like they pretty much are all tainted. Dont think there is enough aurum essense to have the dawn machine do it.

There are 2 machines you need to research then make to clean the nodes.

I think so, they will be in the top left of the page.
Are the 2 machines the stabilizer and the other machine to turn them to energized nodes?
That would be them.
I have a couple Euclidaisys going from Botania. You need to research them in the forbidden magic tab I think. They spit out a random type of ethereal essence when supplied with mana which is crazy useful. I have so much auram i have to void it. Plus with the pack update the purification foci can clean nodes now.
Also ...about every other essence is an auram essence..so add that to the auram youre already getting off the other ethereal essences it spits out. if you need auram thats the way to go.
So when I open up the pack it opens up Minecraft as a black screen and then after several minutes I will get a small screen in the lower right hand corner of a blurry terrain sort of thing and it will slowly like spin around and music will play. I cant see any buttons and the rest of the screen is black, it doesn't seem to have crashed, but I don't know what is causing the problem or how I can fix it, help would be appreciated.

I'm having the same problem too. I've been re-downloading it and it doesn't seem to be helping. Have you found any solutions since then?
This was probably already answered at some point, but after a little while of page flipping I couldn't find a proper solution, so... Whenever I try loading the modpack, it opens the game as just a black screen and then goes back to the launcher after a few seconds. I'm on a MacBook Pro with 2 gigs allocated through the launcher, and the crash report is right here. http://pastebin.com/i4PfM8fL If its no issue, I'd like to get this solved as quickly as possible, because I'll be gone later and I'd really love to be able to start using this modpack.

also how do i put a server download into minecraft
i love this pack and i would really like it if you guys made an official server with different worlds that are identical so that multiple people can be on the server without interference
Is the dawn machine's chunk loader working? I went to bed with it running and it seems to have stopped where I left it. jars even still have essentia in them

It looks like the "ordo" trait of doing it in a complete sweep has also started over from the beginning
did you think the machine would cure all the continent? or did you think it cured a specific portion :P
It didnt complete the 8x8 chunk section. It was exactly as I had left it the night before. Even the amount of essentia in the jars did not change.

I've gotten the Java 64, my computer has 4GB of RAM but i still can't run it, because it tells me that i'm using 1GB of RAM. The Java version is okay, at least that's what it says. And in the settings, i can't find a Java 64 at all so i have no idea what to do. Any assistance is accepted.
You need to go into the launcher settings and switch it to at least 2 gig.
where do i find colonel Driskel?
it says i need to find him, but he isnt there.

When I launch the game, it doesn't work. It brings me to the title screen, but I can't see any of the buttons.

Go into to Launcher setting then go into java settings and change G ram to 2

How can i fight the Botania boss when i need a nether star and the nether is gone
There is a way to obtain a nether star with Blood magic.... well, actually to make the wither heads, with them and some soul sand, there you have a wither boss
I haven't played it yet but I think its gonna be awesome.
Is there any way to repair armor other than the anvil? I remember in vanilla, once you add a few enchantments, i would cost 30+ levels for one repair.

there is the auto anvil and the thaumcraft repair enchantment

Artifice tab, scan zombie brain, unlock and do the brain in a jar research, after that you have the infusion enchantment for research

Hello, I am attempting to host a hardcore server for youtube stuff. How ever i am facing issues on how to enable hardcore mod via the server. Any suggestions? I have changed server.properties hardcore=true as a effort but I'm fairly certain they are not related. The HCQ configs are set to true and yet it will not enable.
when you die you don't lose hearts any more you lose rep points every time you die. so all you do by enabling hardcore questing is make a way for your world to get deleted if you reach -200 rep, (or something around that number), every other part of questing and the world map still works the say, you could still ban players for having too low of rep. There is a way to enable Hardcore questing but I don't know what it is.
