Managed to download it but I can not play it... Do not focus on making content. Make it work.

You should put the LOTR mod to add in races, then for the overvorld add jun small boats and archemiedes ships for sea travel, the balkons weapons and lycanites mobs. Also, may haps add mo'creaures.

a server would be awesome! and maybe add ars magica or witchery? to emulate the magic in the books. it'd be cool if there was a mod that added the races, too! like have cities of elves, dwarves, humans, and orcs.
also, the modpack isn't downloading. gives an error that says to contact you

for some reason when i look up ANY of the tags for the pack It just say "Find more on the Technic Platform" so i tried that but STILL cant figure out how to download it. Can someone help please?

Yeah right now the actual Shurt'igal mod isn't working...and as a fan i am also disappointed. so for now dragon mounts!
