Install NSWGcraft

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (NSWGcraft) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select NSWGcraft from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Notable new gameplay elements:
- Mobs have 50% more health by default
- Expert Mode: Mobs have 2x HP and deal 10% more damage (triggered upon entering the Nether)
- Master Mode: Mobs have 4x HP and deal 20% more damage (triggered upon killing the Ender Dragon)
- Bleeding
- Plasters and Bandages can be upgraded to Bandages and Golden bandages respectively (from Majrusz's Progressive Difficulty). They heal the same amount of health in the exact same time, but also stop bleeding.
- Molten Neptunium and Neptunium tools (Tinkers' Construct style)

- Flamed Dragonbone Sword traits as TC modifiers

Tweaks:
- Crushed Raw Ore can be smelted in the Smeltery to get two ingots worth of molten metal
- TC daggers now have the funcionality of knives

Recipe Changes:
- Scroll Forge recipe
- Dragon Scale Armor in now harder to craft, requiring Dragon Scales, Hepatizon and Dragon Bones
- Tide Guardian Armor in now harder to craft, requiring Sea Serpent Scales, Shiny Scales, Neptunium Nuggets and (chestplate only) a Heart of the Sea

Fixes:
- Levers are breakable
- Cakes and other placeable food items are breakable with a knife
- Mob heads are breakable when placed on a wall, not just the ground
- Antique Atlas should be less visually buggy

NSWGcraft 2.3.0

Dark Magic Rituals, Stackable Potions and most importantly: Meltable Oreberries! This update brings quite a few new mods and cleans up a lot of annoying compatability issues.

Added Mods:
- Iron Chests (Upgraded chests that can hold a lot more items)
- Reliquary (Many new magic items, alternative potion system with stackable potions, and useful resources for custom recipes)
- Mowzie's Mobs (A couple of challenging but high-quality mobs that fit into the fantasy side of NSWGcraft)
- Eidolon (A smaller dark magic mod that should be unique enough to not interfere with Iron's Spells and Spellbooks, the main magic mod of the modpack)
- Macaw's Paintings/Roofs (More building and decoration options)
- Constructs Casting (Compatability between Tinkers' Construct and Iron's Spells and Spellbooks)
- TConJEI (Adds Tinkers' Construct tool recipes and modifiers to JEI)
- Ender Dragon Fight Remastered (Enhanced Ender Dragon fight with higher difficulty)
- Enchantment Descriptions (Adds descriptions to most enchantments)
- YUNG's Better End Island (Forgot to add it previously with the other YUNG's mods)
- Tinkers Katanas (A new weapon type, uses Tachi attacks)
- Dynamic Trees Tinkers Construct (No more Vanilla-like trees on the slime islands)

Tweaks:
- Rope and Wool are now mineable by hand
- Witherbones can be used for upgrades instead of Necrotic Bones
- Relevant Oreberries can be melted in the smeltery
- Relevant Raw Ore Nuggets can be melted in the smeltery
- Coins can be melted in the smeltery
- It is now possible to cast coins using a Coin Gold Cast (won't show up in JEI, but is craftable like you would assume)
- Diamond and Emerald Shards can now be melted in the smeltery
- It is also possible to cast them using a Nugget Cast (10mb per shard)
- Diamonds and Emeralds now melt into 90mb of liquid instead of 100mb. Subsequently the casting of these gems only requires 90mb of liquid
- Vinemaker set bonus nerfed from 100% chance to not consume Bone Meal down to 50%
- Silver Ore from Ice and Fire should no longer generate. Insted look for Silver Ore from Eidolon.
- Player's are granted five minutes of Climate Clemency upon respawning, so no more death gauntlets due to hypo/hyperthermia
- It will now take twice as long to start taking damage after the player's temprature goes critical'
- Mana Bar is now always visible
- Equipped Spell list is now visible if at least one spell is on cooldwon

Recipe Changes:
- Necrotic Bones can be crafted into Witherbones and vice versa
- Rose Quartz from Create can now be crafted with four Rose Quartz Shards from Biomes O' Plenty
- One of the upgrades from Productive Bees can now be crafted using any Tinkers' Construct swords
- Removed recipes for all the remotes from Simple Storage Network (They were too OP)
- Heart Container and Stamina Vessel Recipes now use Arcane Gold instead of Rose Gold
- Made Gun Workbench recipe harder
- Guns now require Pewter, Aluminum, and all three Hunter's Handgun parts to craft
- Simple Bullets now require 4 Copper Ingots, 4 Gunpowder and 4 Neutral Magazines to craft
- Advanced Bullets now require 6 Iron Ingots, 6 Gunpowder and 4 Neutral Magazines to craft
- Shells now require 4 Copper Ingots, 4 Gunpowder, 1 Gold Nugget and 4 Neutral Magazines to craft
- All bullet crafts now yield the same amount of bullets per craft (32)

Fixes:
- Shelves are now breakable
- Gun Workbench is now breakable
- Glowstone is now breakable
- Simple Storage Network blocks are now breakable

First bigger update! Expands upon the adventure aspects of the pack.

Tweaks:
- Plant Fiber can now be used in the Organic Compost recipe as a substitute for Straws
- Battle Mode will automatically be toggled on when holding a weapon and toggled off when holding anything else*
- Copper/Silver/Gold Piles from Ice&Fire are crafted from coins and will drop their respective coin types when mined
- Dragon Roosts and other dangerous POIs from Ice&Fire will now generate at least 1000 blocks away from spawn (up from 800)
- The minimum distance between these structures has also been increased from 300 to 500 blocks

Fixes:
- Sleeping Bags and Beds can now always be broken**
- Bee nests from Productive Bees can now also be crafted using any knife in order to make them craftable without Vanilla tools

*Currently Scythes and Farmer's Delight Knives toggle off Battle Mode, since I consider them to be tools. This can easily be changed in game from Epic Fight's config if you think they should count as weapons. You can also just toggle Battle Mode manually.

Second big update. Added a few mods and fixes a ton of issues.

- MrCrayfish's Gun Mod +Framework (Only the Pistol, Shotgun, Rifle and Heavy Rifle are available)
- Epic Fight Compat: MrCrayfish's Gun Mod (Self-explanatory)
- Simple Storage Network (All storage problems should now be solved)
- Overloaded Armor Bar (Adds visuals for armor points higher than 20)
- Armor Toughness Bar (Same but for armor toughness)
- AttributeFix (Allows armor values (and other attributes) to go beyond Vanilla limits)

Tweaks:
- Drinks from Brewin&Chewin, Vinery, Farmer's Delight and Create now replenish thirst
- Amplifier modifier's speed boost has been nerfed from +0.1 to a reasonable +0.01 per level
- Individual body part health is no longer capped to six hearts

Recipe changes:
- Brown Mushrooms can be smelted to get Brown Dye
- Farmer's Delight Tree Bark can now be used to craft Mulch from Immersive Weathering
- Re-implemented Vanilla Flower Pot crafting recipe

Fixes:
- Certain Gem Blocks from Tinkers' Reforged can now be crafted back into gems
- Backpacks are now mineable by hand

A few fixes to annoying broblems

- Removed SmoothSwapping due to a crash with Sophisticated Backpacks
- Fixed some blocks being unintentionally unbreakable because they didn't have a proper "effective tool" assigned
- Fixed weird recipes with MCA Reborn's Rose Gold. All Rose Gold Recipes now use Tinkers' Construct's Rose Gold
- Biomes O' Plenty's woodtypes can now be stripped on Farmer's Delight's Cutting Board, similarly to Vanilla woodtypes
