Changes
-Arcosian gold form rebalanced to ssj3
-Mystic Rebalanced to UI/GoD level for all races. This allows it to be a 3rd endgame path, the mortal path.
-Reworked form costs to make each one last longer.
-Increased arcosian reserves boost for base form from 1.1 to 1.3. This is to make kaioken for arcosians equal in power to ssj.(this only affects base form, 5th form+ is still 1.1)
-Reduced arcosian reserves drain for base form from 25 to 15.
-Arcosians can now regenerate reserve energy in base form, however to a very limited degree. (F0/1: 10, F2: 5, F3: 3, Base: 1)
-All races now gain TP at the same rates.
-Increased the maximum allowed alignment for GoD form from 50 to 66. This means you can use GoD the moment you turn neutral.
-Added a "Divine Altar" on Kami's lookout which applies/removes the divine effect.(this effect is purely aestetic)
Mastery
-Form mastery now affects previous forms. Except most form mastery doesn't affect base form mastery.
-Transformations now require 10 mastery for instant transformation.
-Arcosian gold form drain increased to ssj3, however fully mastering the form removes drain completely.
-Arcosians can reduce kaioken's health drain & strain limits further then other races through mastery.(due to having no ssj level form)
-You now learn Potential Unlock, Meditation, and Ki Sense as you master base form.(you can still learn the skills and get them early)
-Each race now learns 1 expert skill upon fully mastering their base form.
