-Decreased spiral ki cost from 15 to 10.
-Made ki scyth, ki blade, and ki fist all the same damage and drain.

-Increased arcosian reserve pool from 2500 at max to 4000 at max.
-Decreased arcosian reserve buff from 1.15 to 1.10.
-Increased arcosian reserve energy generation from 10 to 25.

-Decreased legendary chance/20-30m from 25 to 10.
-Decreased legendary chance/day from 20 to 0.
-Decreased legendary boost from 20 to 15.

-Set continues energy attack target lock to true
-Set continues energy attack dies if target moves to true

-Increased food energy restore multiplier from 0.0075 to 0.01.

-Set shadow dummy size scaling to false.
-Decreased ssj4 buff from 230 to 200 (inbetween ssj2 and ssj3, closer to ssj3).
-Decreased kaioken health drain for all races from 100 to 80.
-Decreased ki protect drain from 0.5 to 0.35
-Decreased ki fist drain from 0.5 to 0.4
-Increased concentration combo timer to 60s.
-Lowered concentration orb movement speed.
