This is an awesome modpack. Most modpacks don't have much more than pixelmon and i understand this, pixelmon being a fairly stand-alone mod, although it can be improved in ways not seen before until now!

Mcpc+ server download, capable of supporting mods, and plugins! (WARNING) you need to run the server two times in a row at first:

To run the server in windows double click the launch.bat!
To run the server in mac double click the start.sh!
To run the server in linux open a terminal, cd into the EPserver directory, and type
'java -jar mcpc-plus1.6.4.jar'
