-Added a few suggested mods.
-Added Technic Pack support. A one click install system for future updates. Thanks Ethos!
-Edits to locomotive prices. The new formulas are designed to fit with the new villager system, and includes faster locos costing more.
Signs on the wall of the stock room explaining.
-Passenger transport! Use a conductor's whistle at a Villager Station 🏠 to load them. Transporting villagers from their homes across the map will reward you. Unload them by shift clicking the whistle and they will drop Cash Letters. Trade these in at Shiba HQ at its new mail counter for money.
CAUTION! Villagers pay according to their starting and ending coords. Looping round the map and dropping them off where you picked them up will yield no money.

This should give IR better performance as well as adding features such as lights and even controls to compatible locomotives. If there are issues please let us know. As it is a test build please know there may be bugs.
