De-updating IC2 because the new one makes weeds spread (like crazy!) and there looks to be no way of turning that off. Greg says build 828 is needed but the old one (733) was working before, so hoping it will continue to ...

Put in the correct build of Forge (1263, the highest accepted by Gregorius T). Should hopefully be able to connect to the server now.
