GT5 lite updated to version r9
* added AppleCore and SpiceOfLife for better hunger system
* removed slime form spawning mob and introduced a replacement recipe for slime
* added GT item type documentation from the GT changelog
* removed quarz tools they dont make much sence to be useable as tools and quarz is moved to the lategame anyway (spawns in the nether only)
* enabled 2/3 for mixed ores in the gt config
* better chemical processing and formular for garnititie (nickedoxid, olivine, flint) instead of nickeloxid
* nerved ash multiplyer to 0.5 from 1.0
* enabled stone centrifuging at a rate of 0.3
* removed ic2 casing (except the reinforced iron one for cicuits)
* removed several unused ic2 machines from gt machine crafting
* removed further ic2 machines from normal crafting
