Fixed various bugs in Flansmod including:
- Armor no longer enchantable with anvil
- Readded ammo bag
- Blowtorch can be refilled
- Mechas can carry tools/upgrades in their inventories
- Helicopter speed nerf
- Flans kills now show a detailed message in chat
- A-10 and SU-39 buff
- APEX ammo crash fix
- Missiles don't home to players anymore
- MGM-140 damage has been brought to more reasonable levels
- Players in all vehicles are no longer invisible
- Mechas work underwater
