forge-1.20.1-1.0.0
Aether Emissivity by bconlon1
The Emissivity addon applies emissive textures to various items, blocks, and equipment found in the Aether mod. This means that these textures will appear bright regardless of the light level when they are in the world.

These changes apply to things made from Ambrosium, Phoenix equipment, dungeon stone runes, and even the Shield of Repulsion. All items and blocks have emissive textures handled through the mod's data pack files, while emissive equipment is toggleable within the mod's config options.
forge-1.20.1-1.0.0
Aether Enhanced Extinguishing by bconlon1
The Enhanced Extinguishing addon changes how placing Torches and Lanterns works in the Aether dimension. It removes the normal mechanic of disallowing their placement, and instead makes it so that placing these blocks will convert them into extinguished variants: the Extinguished Torch and Extinguished Lantern, respectively.

These two blocks resemble their lit counterparts, but both appear to have their flame extinguished and give off no light. This change makes placing these blocks more consistent with the behavior of other blocks in the Aether like Campfires and Candles, which convert to an unlit state. Similarly, breaking the Extinguished Torch and Extinguished Lantern will return their lit counterpart, just like Candles.
forge-1.20.1-1.3.4

Applied Cooking by ItsSebastrn
A mod that allows Applied Energistics 2 and Cooking for Blockheads to work together!

One new block was added. The Kitchen Station!

Before you place the Kitchen Station as part of the CFB kitchen network, you need to configure it as if it were a Wireless Terminal. For Minecraft versions below 1.20, you need to do so in an AE2 Security Terminal. And for Minecraft versions 1.20+, you need to do so in an AE2 Wireless Access Point.

Once everything is connected, you'll be able to consume items from your AE2 network inventory right from your cooking table.

An intermediary api aimed to ease developing multiplatform mods.

Artifacts by ochotonida
Artifacts is a mod which aims to make exploration more rewarding by adding various powerful items that cannot be crafted.

The items added by this mod can be found in chests in vanilla structures. All artifacts only have a few chests in which they can be found, so go out and explore! Additionally, a new underground campsite structure has been added. Mimics occasionally spawn in these campsites instead of a chests, which are dangerous enemies that attack players that get too close. Mimics always drop a random artifact when killed.

Every item added by this mod has a unique model when equipped. The full set of items, their descriptions, and the places where they can appear can be found in the images tab.

forge-1.20.1-7.2.1
Balm by BlayTheNinth
Abstraction Layer (but not really)™ for Blay's multiplatform mods. This is a library mod, it does not add anything on its own.

I do not recommend other modders to build on this as I will ruthlessly break backwards-compatibility as needed for my mods.

Note that this is not a magic solution for running Forge and Fabric mods together, it's only a library my mods will depend on to make publishing for both versions easier.

Bridging by CloudG360
This mod is an implementation of a bridging assist feature commonly referred to as "Reach-Around Placement" for Forge, Fabric, & Quilt! It's very similar to the functionality found in both Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, & the Quark mod, with the current versions source being written from scratch.

The bridging assistance allows for placing blocks in gaps in-front, above, or below blocks even if the necessary surface isn't visible! To mark when the feature is available, an additional crosshair is shown to indicate the direction that a block can be placed in. When the F3 menu is visible, there's even an additional bounding box showing the exact position it's placing in.

Carry On is a simple mod that improves game interaction by allowing players to pick up, carry, and place single block Tile Entities (such as Chests, Furnaces, Droppers, Spawners, and your favorite machines from other Tech Mods) using only their empty hands. No items (or pickaxes) required. States, meta data, inventory and NBT data are retained. It also allows you to carry around smaller mobs!

forge-1.20.1-0.9.10
Chococraft by clienthax
This mod adds a mob called Chocobo to the game. This includes different colored mob types with different attributes in their grown-up and juvenile form.

The most basic type can be found in the wild and can be tamed by using "Gysahl Greens" on them. Gysahl Greens is a plant found in the wild, but also can be planted by sowing Gysahl Seeds. Gysahl Seeds can be received by crafting from Gysahl Greens or by harvesting planted Gysahl Greens.

Chocobos can be breed and procreate. The offspring will be a Chicobo, the juvenile form of a Chocobo. After a while a Chicobo will grow into a Chocobo. Chicobos will be born wild and have to be tamed. Chicobos will inherit the type from one of their parents or mutate into new types. Thus by repeatedly breeding Chocobos all normal types of Chocobos can be acquired from tamed wild Chocobos. There are a few special Chocobo types though, which can only be acquired by special means.

Citadel by AlexModGuy
"My analysis of historical data suggests an 97.34% probability that you are aware of my birth on your planet, and my rebirth into beauty on Citadel Station." -System Shock 2

Citadel is a Library mod required for advanced animations and entity properties in 1.14 and beyond. Citadel, being a Library, does not add many features by itself, but rather provides a frame work for other mods when it comes to animating entities, loading .tbl Tabula and .obj Waveront models, and for keeping track of entity properties. Citadel's predecessor, LLibrary, will no longer be updated from 1.12.2, and from now on all of my mods will use Citadel. Citadel's code base is largely derived from LLibrary, and the code is used with permission from Gegy1000, the maintainer of LLibrary and its author in recent versions.

In versions 1.6.3 and above, there is also a config option for changing the cap on how many mobs spawn on chunk generation. This is useful when used with the many mob mods that require Citadel, as without changing this they can make it quite difficult to find vanilla mobs.
forge-1.20.1-11.1.118

Cluttered by beelake
Cluttered is a decorative mod that adds a various assortment of furniture, blocks, paintings, and more. Everything this mod adds is craftable, and can be obtained in survival! This mod is largely a personal project, inspired by decorations in other games, and things I wanted to see in minecraft myself.

This mod has furniture from:

Animal Crossing
The Sims 4
Starbound
Terraria
Overwatch

I’m always adding new things to this mod, so feel free to join the Discord server or leave a comment to request anything specific! This mod was made in MCreator, since I can’t program, so the functionality I can add is very limited. Many things do have storage though, and chairs and beds are sittable! I love working on this mod and hope to improve it as much as possible!

In the main Pokémon games from Generation VI onwards, capturing a Pokémon grants experience to the Pokémon in the player's party. This mod introduces the same logic to Cobblemon. Cobblemon Expanded Moveset by Beezy
Sometimes you just have to be the change you wish to see in the world...

This datapack edits every single Pokemon* in Cobblemon to learn their full moveset at level 100. This unlocks all TM, Egg, and Tutor moves for battling and competitive purposes. Enjoy!

Hopefully, this will be outdated soon enough and be overtaken by official implementation of TMs, Egg Moves, and Tutor move learning. But for now, this is the best we got! Happy battling.

*Mew does not work with Expanded Movesets, sorry.
forge-1.20.1-1.4

COFH Core by KingLemming
CoFH Core has been around a long time (Since 2013!) and has changed throughout its various iterations.

Information that you read on various wikis may be outdated or no longer apply.

Please read the overviews under "Historical" to get an idea what the mod offers for a given version of Minecraft. Note that required and optional dependencies have changed with time. We apologize for the changes, but the nature of Minecraft modding is such that flexibility is required to maintain features in an ever-changing codebase.

Comforts by TheIllusiveC4
Comforts is a mod that adds sleeping bags and hammocks to Minecraft. These items can be used just like beds except they do not set a player's spawn point on use, safely preserving a player's spawn point at their home base. Just like beds, they also come in 16 different colors! The difference is that sleeping bags can be stacked and are more convenient to use on adventures and hammocks are like an inverse bed, turning day to night.
forge-1.20.1-1.9.2
Connector Extras
About
An accompanying mod for Connector that adds integration with third-party APIs and mods.

Modules
Connector Extras is divided into several submodules for each type of integration.

Team Reborn Energy API Bridge
A bridge between Forge Energy (FE) and Team Reborn's Energy API (E) that allows two-way conversion of energy units, for both BlockEntities and ItemStacks. The default conversion ratio is 1 E : 10 FE, and can be configured for both directions individually. Setting a ratio to 0 will disable conversion in its direction.

REI Plugin Platform Bridge
Runs REI's Fabric plugin detector on Forge in addition to the default one, allowing it to load plugins from mods of both platforms at once. Includes parts of REI Fabric code in the me.shedaniel.rei package, licensed under the MIT License.

EMI Plugin Platform Bridge
Similar to the REI Bridge, it loads EMI plugins of Fabric mods on Forge. Includes parts of EMI API code in the dev.emi.emi.api package, licensed under the MIT License.

Reach Entity Attributes - Forge
A Forge port of the Fabric Reach Entity Attributes library, implemented alongside Forge's own reach attributes. Allows for compatiblity with Fabric mods that require it, but wouldn't otherwise be compatible due to the heavy forge mixin conflicts of the original version.

Architectury API Bridge
Registers mod event buses of Fabric mods to Architectury Forge to avoid registry init issues.

Terrablender Bridge
Runs the terrablender of Fabric mods on Forge, making their usage with the Forge version of TerraBlender possible.

Geckolib
Geckolib Forge is incompatible with most Fabric mods that use Geckolib for Fabric. In these cases, Geckolib Fabric must be used instead. Connector Extras fixes a few issues that have arised with this version:

To improve compatibility, we bridge Gekolib's RenderProvider to Forge, fixing an issue that turned some items invisible.
Initialize Minecraft#resourceManager before Connector loads fabric mods, which is required to run Geckolib Fabric
ModMenu
Integrates ModMenu the config screen factory with Forge's mod list gui.

Continuity Compat
Fixes Continuity's connected textures for modded blocks. By default, Continuity builds a map of model IDs to all registered blocks in its client initializer (ModelWrappingHandler#createBlockStateModelIdMap). However, this is too soon as it happens before blocks of Forge mods are registered. As a results, CTM models will not be created for Forge mod blocks. To fix this issue, we patch Continuity to move the block state map initialization from Fabric's client entrypoint to FML's client setup event, which is fired after registration has completed.

Amecs API - Forge port
A Forge port of the Fabric Amecs API library, implemented alongside Forge's key modifier system. Allows for compatiblity with Fabric mods that require it, but wouldn't otherwise be compatible due to the heavy forge mixin conflicts of the original version.

Forge Config API Port - Forge bridge
A clean implementation of Forge Config API Port on Forge, allowing Fabric mods to easily access the Forge config system and register their own configs.
forge-1.20.1-16.0.1

Create by simibubi
Welcome to Create, a mod offering a variety of tools and blocks for Building, Decoration and Aesthetic Automation.

The added elements of tech are designed to leave as many design choices to the player as possible. With Create, the game isn't played inside a bunch of UIs, it challenges you to setup contraptions of animated components working together in many possible arrangements.

Create's visual in-game documentation called 'Ponder' will guide you though all added mechanics and gadgets.

Important: In order to be able to see all recipes required in Create, consider installing JEI. The vanilla recipe book will not be able to guide you through the experience by itself.

Create Structures by FusionSwarly
Create: Structures is an add-on for Create that intends to further integrate the mod into vanilla by adding naturally generating structures.

WARNING: This datapack uses command blocks to assemble contraptions, since Create doesn't properly support generated structures.

These structures are built in the vanilla building style, while also utilizing blocks and items from the create mod. The structures only contain early game items and simple machinery as to not interfere with the mod's progression.

Currently, there are unique windmill structures added to the following villages:

Plains Village
Taiga Village
Savanna Village
Snowy Village
There is also a water mill structure in desert villages, and all structures spawn in zombie villages as well.

The scope of this add-on isn't limited to villages structures, there may be more structures added in future updates.

forge-1.20.1-0.8
Destroy by petrolpark
Destroy is an add-on to Create, adding new chemicals and chemical processes geared around the production of Plastic. Build complex chemical plants, manufacture powerful new explosives, or even break bad, but be careful that along the way you are mitigating your effects on the environment – and yourself! While playing you will encounter dozens of real-world chemical processes, and with Destroy's extensive support for tooltips, JEI and Ponder, you can seamlessly translate this real-world chemistry knowledge into Minecraft.

Destroy's flagship feature is its sandbox chemistry system. While other technical mods add machines and recipes based on chemical processes, Destroy actually simulates chemistry on the molecular level. This means that there is rarely a set way of doing things – you are provided with a wide range of reactants and can combine, transform and extract these in a potentially infinite number of ways to create various molecules, making the chemistry feel less like following instructions and more like playing Minecraft.

Destroy also adds a wealth of features that expand upon Create's existing systems - new kinetic components, processing machines, and lots of 'curiosities' with novel abilities.
forge-1.20.1-8.1.3

EasyMagic by Fuzs
Enchanting tables now have an Inventory, meaning any items placed in their two slots will stay in those slots. Even after the enchanting screen is closed! To put this new capability to good use, enchanting tables will Render Their Contents in the world. There are two different rendering modes to choose from.

Rerolling Enchantments has become extremely easy. The enchanting screen now has a dedicated button to do just that at a small cost of some lapis lazuli and a few experience points (not full enchantment levels to not ruin your level progress for enchanting as much). Costs are fully configurable and can even be set to completely free.

Enchanting tooltips will show not just a single random enchantment, instead they show the Complete Outcome of the enchanting process. This feature is disabled by default.

Additionally, to enable some basic automation, Hoppers can be used to input and output items in the following ways.

Top: Input for enchantable items
Sides: Input for lapis lazuli
Bottom: Output for enchanted items

And Comparators work, too! They will output a signal strength of 0, 1, 2, or 3 depending on the amount of lapis lazuli items placed in the table. More than 3 items don't make a difference.

Bookshelves no longer require Air Blocks between themselves and the enchanting table to count towards the current enchanting power. Instead, any block without a collision box, such as water, torches, or grass can be placed in between. Also the Number Of Bookshelves required for maximum level enchantments can be configured.

Entity Culling by tr7zw
Using async path-tracing to skip rendering Block/Entities that are not visible. Website.

Minecraft skips rendering things that are behind you, so why is it rendering everything that you still can't see because of a wall in the way? This mod utilizes your other CPU cores/threads to do really quick path-tracing from your camera to all block/-entities to determine rather they are visible or not. During the rendering, the not visible ones will be skipped the same way entities behind you are.

Explorify by bebebea_loste
Explorify is a mod with new structures to generate and explore in your Minecraft world!

The new structures don't only look fairly good (as good as I can make them :P) but should also fit the game thematically and structurally. They're not meant to be just some houses or dungeons, but new things that feel new and interesting while not being too out of place. The main goal is to make exploration more interesting, rewarding, but also just to enrich the stale Minecraft world.

Structures are also made to be well adapted to surrounding terrain, to not create superflat-like terrain or ugly cliffs in your world. And on top of that, they're properly integrated and should be compatible with all kinds of mods!

This is a data pack packaged as a mod, meaning it is fully server-side. You can install it on vanilla servers and have vanilla clients join.

Geophilic by bebebea_loste
Geophilic is a data pack that improves vanilla Overworld biomes in a subtle and simple way! The main inspiration comes from scrapped illustrations for what was supposed to be the Wild Update - this is essentially meant to be a collection of light improvements to vanilla biomes without any new blocks, items, or even new biomes.

Main changes are made to the rarity and density of certain biome features, such as grass, fern, or flowers. New features are added too - rocks, fallen trees, moss, tree stumps, bushes, and sometimes new types of trees. Most trees are however left almost fully vanilla, with the only change being how tall naturally occurring trees generate, so you don't bump your head so often!

Basically, this isn't meant to be an epic terrain overhaul, but rather a simplistic and nice way to update the feel of vanilla biomes to the new standard, without making them feel too out of place.
forge-1.20.1-1.9.3
Goblin Traders by MrCrayfish
Goblin Traders is a simple mod that adds goblins which have unique trades. Similar to Wandering Traders, goblins are found randomly underground in caves or in the nether and provide exclusive and beneficial trades that allow you to take your adventure to the next level! Goblin Traders adds two new traders, the Golbin Trader which is found in the overworld and the Vein Goblin Trader which is found in The Nether; both with their own unique set of trades. These little goblins have a little attitude and don't like it when you hit them. If you're feeling generous you can feed them their favourite food for a fun animation.

Longer Chat History by TheOriginalGolem
Vanilla limits chat history to only 100 messages that are saved when you scroll up, which really is quite small. This mod increases the limit to over 65000, allowing you to still be able to view messages from a long time ago. Now you no longer miss what your friend said in chat because it was spammed, or no longer lose important messages!!!

This is a client-side mod, meaning only you need it installed and it will work on any server.
forge-1.20-0.7.31.76
Lootr by noobanidus
Lootr is required on both servers and clients.

What does it do? Each container that has a loot table (supporting chests, trapped chests, barrels, shulkers and minecarts) creates a unique inventory for each player who opens it! These containers also have a distinct appearance, and their colour changes from gold to blue if a player has already opened the container.

How does this help? There's no longer a race to be the first to discover structures, and you will never open a loot chest and find someone's left-over trash. Most importantly, it encourages players to explore existing structures, rather than generating new chunks, thus reducing world size!
forge-1.20.1-1.2.3
Lost Aether Content by KingPhygieBoo
This mod aims to bring back, and give life to a lot of scrapped, unused, and even concepted content and features from The Aether’s past. This gives even things that never made it out of the idea stage a chance. This includes content from Aether I, and even Aether Legacy itself. Any content that did not have any special ability or purpose will be given one, example being the Aerwhale King, which only existed as a name.

While the mod does not aim to implement much Aether II Genesis/Mutation era content, there are exceptions. Features currently included from that era are purely visual, and were able to be slotted in as-is.

forge-1.20-2.9.6
Moonlight by MehVahdJukaar
Features of this library are:

Dynamic resource pack utilities A set of utilities that allow creating dynamic runtime resource packs and datapacks. Also easily allows respriting and retexturing existing textures, specifically useful to add new wood based blocks.
Dynamic block set registration Allows mods to specify a block set (which can be for example a wood type). The mod then will scan all registered blocks and fill the block set up only to then allow mods to register blocks that depend on it.
This can't be easily done using traditional methods since the wood set itself depends on the registered blocks so registration must happen at a very specific time. This utility makes that task possible and easy to do. Note that it is still a form of dynamic registration which might have some drawbacks.

In a nutshell you have dynamic wood type support for your blocks. The wood set type already comes built-in.

Custom map markers: A complete system that allows to easily implement and add map decoration and map markers as well as control every aspect of them like rendering. Also allows storing simple data inside maps data offering a couple of hooks to use it too like on item tooltip. This system also offers a simple Data Driven implementation meaning you can easily register new markers with datapacks!

Dynamic Villager AI A helper system to easily and dynamically add tasks and modify villager schedules in a compatible way without overriding the whole existing AI. Also allows to properly add memory types

Custom first and third person animations: Allows modders to implement a simple interface in their items to allow it to have custom third and first person animations (like crossbows). Includes simple and easy to use interfaces that can let you control first person and third person animations as well as a callback for rendering the item itself (similar to spyglass) directly in your item class
Grindstone achievement triggers: The mod adds a custom trigger that gets called when an item is passed through a grindstone that you can call in your mods advancements jsons

Soft fluid system: An entirely Data Driven custom virtual fluid system that goes on top of forge one and is designed to fit better in vanilla minecraft and having as main feature the ability to have multiple fluid containers items like bottles, bowls and buckets, as well as providing support for stews and drinks that can be consumed directly from a fluid tank. As opposed to the forge fluid system it has a base unit of 1 minecraft bottle (250 forge mb). The system also automatically generates all the needed fluids for already registered forge fluids and allows the user to override them or add to them easily. Fluids are virtual so they can only exist in modded container specifically for them

-Dispenser utilities: Some code that allows to easily register dispenser behaviors without overriding already existing ones. Also comes with builtin spawn egg and block placement behaviors

Nosiphus Furniture Mod by Nosiphus
Nosiphus Furniture Mod - an addon for MrCrayFish's Furniture Mod

In mid-2019, MrCrayFish decided to rewrite his Furniture Mod from the ground up. During that rewrite, he decided to take the mod in an entirely new direction, and as such, left behind much of the content that had been present in earlier versions. When mod availability for the Nether Update (1.16) finally approached something acceptable, and even more so when the Caves and Cliffs Update (1.18) reached the same point, I found myself missing several furniture blocks present in versions for the World of Color Update (1.12). I decided to take it upon myself to bring those blocks into the newer versions of the game, and rework them to expand upon their original implementation. MrCrayFish stated that he "appreciate[d] the work," but that he wanted to take the main mod in a new direction. He gave me permission to release an addon, and thus, the Nosiphus Furniture Mod was born.

I have plans to provide support for my mods for both Forge and Fabric (right now I only support Forge).

This library mod will be the starting point for common code I need for all my mods (Utility methods, abstractions, interfaces and so on).

Also, this mod adds a guidebook (built with Patchouli) for all my mods so players can have some help to get started.

ServerCore by Wesley1808
A mod that aims to optimize the minecraft server.
Works on both dedicated servers and singleplayer!

This includes:
Several patches & optimizations to improve performance and reduce lagspikes, which shouldn't make any noticeable changes during gameplay.

Several configurable features that can heavily reduce lag, but have a slight impact on gameplay depending on the configuration.

Warning
Some of the above optimizations use algorithms that may alter vanilla mechanics in the slightest.
These patches should all have an on/off switch in the config. If one does not, feel free to report it.

forge-1.20.1-1.13
smartbrainlib by Tslat
A brain library for Minecraft, making the brain system easier to use and manage.

What is this?
The brain system in Minecraft is an almost cryptic new entity AI system that Mojang introduced to handle more complex mobs, and allow for more advanced entity handling.

Unfortunately Mojang's implementation is lacking, and overly complex.

Additionally, it's also done in a rather inefficient way, which means that overall the system is not worth using in place of the existing goals system.

This library aims to overhaul the brain system, making it actually usable, and configurable.

Note however, that the existing goal system will still be simpler at face value - the brain system is intended for more complex interactions, but it can also be fun to experiment with.

Thermal Cultivation by KingLemming
Thermal gets Agrarian!

For nearly a decade, the Thermal Series mods have been a cornerstone of modded gameplay. They've pioneered gameplay innovations and optimizations used in practically every modern mod in existence. As a set, the mods form a cohesive experience which greatly expands the Minecraft universe in a lore-friendly (but admittedly technological) way.

Universal Enchants by Fuzs
Item Compatibility for many vanilla enchantments is much expanded upon, meaning you can now apply a lot more enchantments to a lot more items. This offers a number of new compatibilities.

Sword: Impaling
Axe: Sharpness, Smite, Bane of Arthropods, Knockback, Fire Aspect, Looting, Sweeping Edge, Impaling
Trident: Sharpness, Smite, Bane of Arthropods, Knockback, Fire Aspect, Looting, Sweeping Edge, Quick Charge, Piercing
Bow: Piercing, Multishot, Quick Charge, Looting
Crossbow: Flame, Punch, Power, Infinity, Looting
Horse Armor: Protection, Blast Protection, Fire Protection, Projectile Protection, Feather Falling, Respiration, Thorns, Depth Strider, Frost Walker, Curse of Binding, Soul Speed, Curse of Vanishing
Shield: Thorns, Knockback

Changes to Enchantment Compatibility make a few enchantments no longer mutually exclusive, specifically mending and infinity, piercing and multishot. Furthermore specialized damage and protection enchantments (e.g. smite and blast protection) are now compatible with the respective base enchantment (sharpness and protection).

Item Compatibility and Enchantment Compatibility are fully configurable for every enchantment (even modded, although not officially supported) using an extensive system of json config files. Compatible items and incompatible enchantments can be individually controlled for all enchantments. To read more on how this system works check out the GitHub source repository.

Additionally with some Enchantment Improvements infinity no longer requires even a single arrow to be present, and projectiles grant no more temporary damage immunity, making multishot a lot more useful. Any level of feather falling prevents trampling farmland, and last but not least looting boosts xp drops in addition to item drops.

Universal Enchants also includes an option (which is disabled by default) to Overhaul The Mending Enchantment: Gear is no longer repaired using xp. Instead, items with mending can be repaired in any crafting grid by combining the durability with another item of the same kind, or by adding repair material. This works similarly to repairing in an anvil, all enchantments are preserved and no xp is taken. This does not work for combining the enchantments of two items though, only the enchantments from the item with mending are kept.

The /enchant Command receives a much needed overhaul. Enchantments can be applied with any level, and existing enchantments can be overriden or even removed (by setting the level to 0). Even better: The command finally allows for enchanting books.

Roman Numerals are dynamically generated for enchantment levels and mob effect amplifiers when no language keys are present. This means the full range of valid numerals (1-255) is supported, opposed to vanilla which doesn't support numerals past 10. If roman numerals just aren't for you, all numerals can also be switched to normal numbers.
