Config Changes
------------------------

Chisels & Bits:
-Turned on voidExcessBits (Voids bits that overflow from the players inventory) This was to help the server out and prevent piles of bits on the ground.

Mystical Agriculture:
-Removed the chance (Was 10%) for a extra seed to drop from a plant.
-Turned on 'harder_ingots'. Makes the Essence Ingots require 4 essence each instead of 2.
-Increased the chance for Inferium Essence to drop from a hostile mob to 50% (from 20%).

Extreme Reactors:
-Whitelisted Extreme Reactors' world gen to the mining world.

Primitive Mobs:
-Disabled the Blazing Juggernaut spawns

Thermal Foundation:
-Platinum ore is enabled and can only be found in the mining world.
