Crashes whenever i load the modpack, i have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still crashes, what do i do?

My friend was able to download the pack and I wasn't it says the link is messed up...

whenever i join the server i play for just under a minute and then the game crashe it dosent happen in sp tho and i know it not becuase my computer cant handle it

Try to re-download the modpack or change your java (change version or re-download it)

You're laptop lags, Or, you need to delete it, and re-download it.

if there is a map download for the server (and i mean the map the server is on) please hit me with the link + i occasionally have a glitch where the teleport crystals disappear and i have to rejoin the server to fix it. if the devs would fix that i would be very grateful. other that that i give this pack an 11 out of 10 for awesomeness.

When I am playing the only thing that keeps happening is the chunks aren't loading, even after i do f3 a, I have to save and quit the game then go back to the world
