SERVER OWNERS: **BEFORE UPDATING** run "/function 1_splatus:ultris/admin_menu", go to operator commands, click remove scores/bossbars, stop the server, **THEN UPDATE**, this is to remove the remnants of Ultris.

Added ModernFix for massive performance gains and memory savings. (3.5GB set in launcher, 5.5GB main menu 80% avg use ingame before, 4.4GB main menu 67% avg use ingame after; so around 20%+ savings.)
Configured MakeUpUltraFast shaders for darker nights and less warm lights to better mix with vanilla graphics and improve dimdoors visuals.
Configured ModernFix to disable spawn chunk auto loading and enable dynamic resources instead of pre-loading everything into memory.
Configured lithium to disable entity data tracker mixins to fix some crashes, a popular one being the Warden.
Configured server properties to enable flight by default.
Removed Continuity due to incompat with ModernFix.
