Fixed an issue where some CoreMods would not be downloaded from the Mods.zip Host.
Fixed an issue where an independesie would not load in correctly.
added a Mod Stabilizer which will forcibly ''crash'' a mod instead of crashing the server itself. this would mean that when the server sees a mod getting corrupted, that it will remove the corrupted block instead of crashing in an infinite Tick loop. Way more friendly for the server.
Added 2 new mods, you will need to find them by yourself :)

Reverted AUNIS 1.9.9 back to AUNIS 1.9.7 in hope that this fixes the issue of everyone crashing when someone dials the stargates.
Fixed JEI to have more crafting recipes (EXPERIMENTAL)
