Try lowering your RAM on your technic
I had that too.... my computer was trying to move my texures file.
I usually fix the problem by restarting technic. Hope this helps
What version of Thaumcraft does this have im hoping for 4.2.3.4
I think it is the most updated one

EE3 is still a WIP, so in a couple of updates it should be fixed.
Please remove lycanites mobs as it just doesnt fit in with the magic theme much. You could replace it with magical crops as that mod is so handy after grinding for the seeds. Lol
Can't even run it like other modpack's due to my usage of RAM. I have 6GB's but I can only run 32-Bit Java for some reason even though I have a 64-Bit OS. And people saying lowering your allowed RAM. That is the opposite of what you want :P

If you run out of memory, lower your RAM, it helped me
Hello, I've already brought this to the attention of OkamiOni on the server, but I thought that it wouldn't hurt to post my issue here too. Last night at 2:30 A.M. central time, I purchased the tinkered donation kit. The purchase still hasn't registered with the server, and the transaction did go through with my bank. I have the same amount of memory as you... until saturday :P
my computer only has 2 gigabytes of ram. will my computer lag like crazy or am i safe playing this with no serious lag

You're safe and if it says you ran out of memory, try lowering the RAM
this is a amazing mod pack (except for lycanites mobs) i love almost all the mods and it is small enough for my crap computer to run it but the server is having major issues i just had to stop paying because of all the lag you can not do anything and i personally think lycanites mobs is probably one of the worst mods out there and my be the cause of the lag but on the other had i love the pack and the server but please remove lycanites mobs

With all the complaints in here, I thought it would be nice if someone said Great Job guys! Having built a small mod-pack and have help run servers, I know how much work it is. I couldn't imagine trying to both at the same time. And to everyone else, when the server goes down for maintenance just be patient, the guys on this server are working their hardest. Thank You!

xD I almost can't run the pack either :P try putting it on 2 render and it should be fine and use your max ram as well.
