Install Hardcore Modded Skyblock

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Hardcore Modded Skyblock) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Hardcore Modded Skyblock from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

So, the good news is that I've completed my first alpha playthrough of Defiance of Fate. The bad news is that the progression fell flat on its face. I'm going to have to rethink how I want the modpack to progress, which means more delays.

The final part of Hardcore Modded Skyblock was really annoying, what with requiring 30 million water, which just takes so long to do. and also, getting thousands of the other types of resources was extremely lengthy. my favorite part of it was using applied energistics and Big Reactors. I hope to see them again in Defiance Of Fate

I'm glad to hear you finished the pack. During testing I was the only one who actually finished, so I basically balanced the numbers around how much I personally had aquired by that time. I'm sorry if some of the numbers felt rediculous - I just didn't have any feedback on them. I can say that they are far less rediculous than the requirements for completing Agrarian Skies.

Also if it's taking forever to gather water then that just means you don't have enough aqueous accumulators. :P
