Install TerraFirmaCraft Reloaded

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (TerraFirmaCraft Reloaded) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select TerraFirmaCraft Reloaded from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

New update! This update should fix the reported errors. Keep in mind that you are NOT supposed to create netherportals, nor should you be able to enter the Nether dimension.

If the Nether thing is a reference to my comment earlier... Railcraft had an issue in the past, where if you'd walked through an unlit Nether Portal (ie. just the obsidian frame), Railcraft would crash your game. It sounded similar to the issue with the TFC lumber, so hence my mentioning of it.

I didn't really know what you meant before, but I tried playing around with the nether portal a bit - (Now that you mentioned a bug with the portal). The only way to lit it, is to cheat, or to be lucky enough for a lightning to strike inside the frame. Leaving the dimension will crash your game. Luckily I didn't crash while walking through an un-lit obsidian frame. Good for TFC, is that you aren't supposed to be able to enter the Nether, so those bugs doesn't matter. *Is happy*
