Install Big Dig

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Big Dig) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Big Dig from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

this mudpack is good but it needs the chunk loader mod, otherwise you might as well carry buckets of lava or items through portals by hand

I'd suggest overhauling updating the good old Big Dig Pack. It was perfect for the laid back player that wanted to still accomplish big things! Playing it now is hard to do when you've become so used to the abilities and creativity offered by newer mods.

Latest Update

Lumy Skin Patch has been updated to 1.0.13 so skins should be working again. Existing modpack builds were updated to the fixed version.
