Install Bit Bandits

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Bit Bandits) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Bit Bandits from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Bit Bandits

Bit Bandits Background Ever wanted to wage war on your enemies but have a beautiful experience at the same time? Then this modpack is for you! Battle it out against your friends with wizard spells in the high mountains, or annihilate them with a 12.7cm AA cannon. It's up to you!

Over 140 mods are included in this pack, but it will run smoothly on low RAM computers!

A few notes

  • This modpack comes with predefined options.txt (the file that stores Minecraft settings). We have set most keybinds to NONE so you can configure them to your liking, without having the hassle of key conflicts.
  • Buildcraft engines and similar machinery from other mods will not explode. This has been disabled to help performance.
  • Watch of Flowing Time has been disabled as it causes many problems across servers (TPS catchup lag) when used excessively.
  • MCHeli vehicles are set to half speed to help with chunk loading performance. This is not noticeable since the game cannot catch up when they are set to full speed.
  • LevelUp has an increased max level limit (200) but a reduced level per XP level (2 levels per XP level). You may want to adjust these on servers to help with balancing.
