Hello, I am attempting to host a hardcore server for youtube stuff. How ever i am facing issues on how to enable hardcore mod via the server. Any suggestions? I have changed server.properties hardcore=true as a effort but I'm fairly certain they are not related. The HCQ configs are set to true and yet it will not enable.
when you die you don't lose hearts any more you lose rep points every time you die. so all you do by enabling hardcore questing is make a way for your world to get deleted if you reach -200 rep, (or something around that number), every other part of questing and the world map still works the say, you could still ban players for having too low of rep. There is a way to enable Hardcore questing but I don't know what it is.

When It downloads it goes to 37 % Then Stays there and never moves on PLZ HELP!!!!!!!!!

As you probably read in earlier posts(you did look right?), 37% is the longest download part, so just keep it up and it will get done soon.
I'm trying to get an ME system started but I have no idea how to power it. I tried using fluix cables to link to a Leadstone cell but when they didn't hook up I ran out of ideas. Any advice?
I'm not super knowledgeable, but the only power source in the game is Big Reactors, not counting the power cells. I THINK that AE requires you to use a power converter, in order to make use of RF, which your energy cells output.
Also, you did have the side of your energy cell you were connecting set to output?
Use an Energy Acceptor.
slightly confused on how taint works, i made a fully enclosed glass box, including the floors and ceiling, and used an ethereal bloom to clean it out and put some dirt back inside the glass box. it is still spreading into the dirt. I'm pretty sure there is a tunnel underneath, but like i said its fully enclosed top to bottom and all the walls. any suggestions?

Make sure there are no tainted nodes in the area. Those will still spread taint in cleaned areas.
if its only purple grass then its fine, probably just a tunnel below, also close off the corners because taint can spread corner to corner, and make sure your non glass floor is double thick to be safe.
Also I tried other methods Just Doesnt Work

Can't find any copper, which I need to progress in the first questline. I know it's supposed to be rare, but at this point I think it's not spawning.

Dig around at Y: 50 within the confines of the Alpha bio-dome, that's where I found some. You could also get a Tinker's Construct hammer and go strip mining. I think there's some that's easy to find in cave systems as well, if you have any of them cleared up.
copper does spawn, but also Copper is not the only Copper level mining material, dark wood, and promethum also are the same mining level, you also don't have to worry about the quest for a copper pick axe, it dead ends, its rewards are not big and its more trouble than its worth alot of the time. also check out this link for mining tips) http://wiki.technicpack.net/Mining_in_Blightfall
What's the deal with disabling creative completely? Sometimes it's nice to explore and check out the packs mods in creative...

Just open the map to lan and use cheats that way.
creative mode is accessible through the NEI options, just start a survival game, go into the options and enable cheat mode then set the game type to creative
it crashes everytime i try to make a world im running on 7Gb wtf
There is a hqm bug when switching from single player to multiplayer causing your Quests to be completed already when you go onto a multiplayer server. plus if you get your player data reset on the server it also affects your single player world making the quests reset but having them all completed
typing ender in nei kicks me out of server/game
That's just client side. Don't know why it did that but I never got kicked.
Wrong coordinates for 'The Swamp' quest. It gave me: 592, 63, 1000. 1000? In the sky? Or am I crazy? Can someone please tell me what the proper coordinates are? Thank you so much.

actually its the right coordinates, the mapping mod does not display the coordinates the same way that they are shown in vanilla minecraft. I think its X: 592, Y: 63, Z: 1000

Hard to find a resource hub for this modpack. Having difficulty finding a ruby after bringing back a nice haul where the rest of nether materials can be found.

nether ruby ores are very difficult if not impossible to find on the map, they are possible to obtain via the MFR laser drill, and through quest locations
Yea if you're trying to get a Ruby for the Blood Altar good luck. As a hint to help, continue along the Scout quests.
