this mod pack seems buggy but from everyone's feedback hope it gets stable where your at the point of updating Instead of dealing with bugs

It's not really buggy, it's just the most recent update caused memory problems on most computers.
Looking for a server to hang out on!
i put optifine 1.7.10 in the mods folder for this modpack, but it isn't working. How do I fix this?

You should add optifine in your next update. That could help with a lot of peoples lag issues. But still plz give help with me first comment.
Optifine is compatible with most mods, but not all mods. Some mod makers support optifine, and others can care less. In addition, Optifine's Licence does not let me (legitimately) add optifine to my modpack. Given all the above, I'm afraid you're on your own. Good luck, though! I hope it works out for you!
Everytime I click play the launcher closes and then reopens. How do I fix this please?

I think I know what's causing this, and have an idea of how to fix it. Do you have a crashlog? If so, that'd help.

My problem is a bit, well, different. i open it upon and it loads as in i can see everything, but as soon as i start moving it crashes? i dont have a mediafire account and the problem doesn't seem to be memory (i know because the game would freeze)
Could I see your crashlog? I think I might know what's causing it, but I'd love to be sure.
Hm, I have no problem with memory, my problem is there is no save file its just to start a new world like normal so no quests etc. Help?

When I uninstalled, and reinstalled. It wont let me on because the file for baubles in this pack is impossible to delete.

how muh RAM have you got to give this modpack for it to run smoothly, ive given it 3GB and it still lags like no tomorrow please help

Surprised you can even run it. The most recent update broke it for many.
i only give it 1 and a half gigs of ram, and it still runs at 4 fps. Try to get optifine for it, in vanilla 1.8.1, without optifine i get an average of 8 fps. with optifine i can get up to 50.

everyone is having the same problems....
Cant even get to the start screen.... The desire to play this is reducing my mind to shreds...
well, i have a java six computer and i can get past the start screen so... i can say it's likely not java
it crashes when the single player world is opened. Please fix?

Aww, and I wanted to play it too. Well, hoping you get it working again, probably leaking taint into the ram.

Love this modpack! Sadly. the new update made it take more RAM than my computer has, meaning I can't play it. There is no available previous modpack versions either. I dunno what to do, so I'm just gonna have to come back once it's fixed.
I'm having the same problem, and I allocated 2G to Technic Launcher... I was like "ooo shiny update" I now wish I had not...
Yeah, hopefully a fix comes out soon. Loved playing, one of few hardcore modpacks I enjoy.
