is anyone else having the problem that they can't download any mod packs at all

If i hit play minecraft starts but then it goes away and the technic launcher comes back, not funny :'(

Thats a bad idea (not to be rude!) because to get the hats you kill the mob wearing the hat. In pixelmon, none of the normal mobs spawn and i don't think the pixelmon can wear the hats.
