Performance Metrics

All performance testing was done on a modified benchmarking map where the player rides a minecart around a busy village in a thunderstorm. Tests were ran for 60 seconds each. Both games had 6 GB of RAM allocated running on a system with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X processor. View distance and simulation distance were both set to 32 chunks.

Cinnamon performed better than Vanilla in all metrics, with 389.61% higher average framerates, 505.39% higher minimum framerates, 334.89% higher maximum framerates, 232.90% higher 1% low framerates, and 218.54% higher 0.1% low framerates.
