CM v3.83 now avaliable. This adds in a nice welcome screen and updates Ninja's Cash to my latest and greatest version, which I specially backported from MC1.7.10 just for CM, as well as some minor bugfixes and other improvements. :)

I'm currently working on supporting new stuff from the Technic Platform 2.0! More details to come with the CM v3.8 release... :)
