Somehow my shaders isn't working

Turn off fast render and then go to shaders
Whenever I'm not holding something the bottom 1/4 of the screen is obscured by a dense fog, anyone else seen this or know how to fix it? otherwise a visualy wonderful time playing.

That happens sometimes, I think it's a bug with OptiFine from what I can tell. It only happens sometimes, may be a driver thing vOv
Update 1.0.2b fixed the problem, Thank you. Spent hours playing, sucked into Thoumcraft, crucible almost burned my house down (my fault). Great time playing.
