Install Dark Domains

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Dark Domains) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Dark Domains from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

As the Darkness continues to enroach upon the cubic worlds, a few brave heroes have come forward to lead the battle against it.

Dark Domains features a heavy survival element enforced by the popular mods Tough as Nails, Hardcore Darkness, Spice of Life, and Hunger Overhaul. A rich assortment of monsters and creatures roam the many explorable locations that can be found both above and below the surface, land and sea.

Villages offer a valuable location to gather allies and resources for the fight for, or against the Darkness. Minecraft Comes Alive and Minecolonies both offer expansive gameplay options for villages, as well as making them feel real and alive as you interact with, and grow them into thriving and productive kingdoms. Trapcraft and SecurityCraft both offer additional ways to protect your borders from the Darkness.

At present, Dark Domains remains a low tech mod (due to lack of support) with a mix of magic. Popular mods featured include Bibliocraft, Harvestcraft, Cooking for Blockheads, Dynamic Evolution, Immersive Engineering, Forestry, Natura, Roots, Tinker's Construct (no tools or weapons), Vampirism, and Voidcraft. A list of additional mods will be added and balanced into the modpack as they become available for 1.12.2. The entire mod list (both current and upcoming) can be found under Permissions.
