Install Core Zero

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Core Zero) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Core Zero from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

is this good enough to run the modpack: my CPU is (pasted on) Intel core i5-2400S CPU @ 2.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.5GHz and my graphics card is an Intel HD Graphics and i can run the modpack at 3 GB of ram (64 bit computer)

Here, let me Google that for you. http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/enderx-core-zero.685135/help

im saying is that im not experienced with this and it stops at loading resources, just asking for help from other people that know more (BTW i read the help section).
Posted by Justin253 9 years ago
It takes a while to load (5mn with a good SSD) but it'll get there. Also if you can, increase to 4gb memory
Posted by Sombre_Augure 9 years ago
i have gotten it to load and it runs sort of smoothly when im not loading chunks, thanks for tip
Posted by Justin253 9 years ago
also my ram says 3.89 but when i raise the limit it only goes to 3 GB, is there any way i can get it to 4
Posted by Justin253 9 years ago
"also my ram says 3.89" You mean you got 4gb ram on your rig? If so no, you need to keep at least a spare 700mb if you use windows 7

What does 'Kitchen Sink' modpack mean?
popzaz123 9 years ago
Here, let me google that for you. http://www.knowyourphrase.com/phrase-meanings/Everything-But-The-Kitchen-Sink.html
Posted by bluesugar 9 years ago
I think it refers to the phrase "Everything but the kitchen sink", but changed up a bit, making it so it says it includes everything INCLUDING the kitchen sink, but I might be wrong.

Any ETA on the server by any chance ;) ? Also any news on where the server will be located?
Sombre_Augure 9 years ago
It will be coming out soon be located mostly likely in the United States.

I've had consistent issues with this pack crashing every 5 minutes or so, citing an error with my Nvidia Graphics Card.
callmepotato83 9 years ago
The NVIDIA OpenGL driver detected a problem with the display driver and is unable to continue. The application must close. Error code 8.
Posted by callmepotato83 9 years ago
Happens to me sometimes as well
Posted by Sombre_Augure 9 years ago
It's Nvidia's fault, not the pack's. Close down your browser while playing and it should help.
Posted by xJon 9 years ago
it loads to 85% but then it gets stuck on reloading recourspacks
jelle0402 9 years ago
You need to have 3GB of RAM.
Posted by xJon 9 years ago
Why don't you guys have an online issue forum like 1.7.10 pack does?
SirSpart 9 years ago
I'd rather have the server first x)
Posted by Sombre_Augure 9 years ago
Core Zero really wants one, but we're working on actually doing it. The 1.7.10 Pack does theirs through GitHub currently, but all EnderMedia packs will soon use a custom bug reporting system integrated into our websites.

For all having problems loading me or creating a world, I advise you use your (inferior) human retinal scanners and read the Help tab.

Maybe CoreZero tries to hint something for you..
Posted by xJon 9 years ago
IT DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ZakZak10 9 years ago
This truly is the sort of amazing, insightful feedback that I can only presume the modpack creator so desperately craves. I tip my hat to you, ZakZak10.

We all respect those kind of comments indeed.

yes amazing you have realy helped everyone with this

Hey Core Zero, have you considered RotaryCraft as an addition?
Sombre_Augure 9 years ago
I have, but Reika's modules tend to be notoriously janky with lots of other modules and tend to cause lots of issues. Even my rival Resonant Rise 3 (who I might note is a lot less intelligent than I am) who can't stop eating modules doesn't have RotaryCraft.

i cant start it i got enough space it just loads to 85% "reloading rescourspack"
raggicool13 9 years ago
You need to allocate more RAM, 3GB is recommended.
Posted by xJon 9 years ago

update adding this argument got the spawn to 96 % before crashing ....-Xms2048m -Xmx4096m -XX:PermSize=1024m ..still must have a mem leak or something...i am not an expert like you guys..so hopefully this info helps you a bit
Posted by SlackerNet 9 years ago
I recommend you install Java 8 and allocate 3-5 GB of RAM to play me smoothly.
Posted by Core Zero 9 years ago
not sure it is an option for debian linux 8 / 64bit. i will check around and see what i come up with....Ty for the reply
Posted by SlackerNet 9 years ago
Dude, this pack quits the second you open it.
kakelove 9 years ago
No I don't, you've clearly messed up something meatbag. Do you have Java 8 64 bit and are you allocating 3 GB of memory or more? Thought so.

Latest Update

Everyone complaining about old worlds not working, it's not Core Zero's fault, it said so in the changelog. That should teach you all to read :) (this is an experimental modpack, this should be expected)
