Empty fabric. Working on fix but due to the newest update rn you have to Replace 1.21.3.json file in .technic/modpacks/fabric-1213/bin with the file in .technic/modpacks/fabric-1213/cache -> fabric-1213-1.2.zip -> bin -> 1.21.3.json
Install Fabric 1.21.3
Step 1
Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.
Step 2
Type in the modpack name (Fabric 1.21.3) or paste the following url into the search box.
Step 3
Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Fabric 1.21.3 from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!
