Install Pixelmon 4.0.7 Gamer Geeks

If game is slow -

Ensure you are allocating more RAM to the game in your technic launcher, by default it's set to 1GB which isn't enough for Pixelmon.

Goto Technic Options > Java and in there select a higher value for RAM.
