Install Hexxit

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Hexxit) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Hexxit from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Guys I need help making a 2 player Hexxit server so my friend and I can play survival together! I have no clue how to do this so any help would be great.

go to %appdata% go to .minecraft and find the resources file and copy it to your hexxit fold in the .technic file

It won't let me run a hexxit server, all it says is: C:\Users\Cactu\Desktop\Hexxit Server\Hexxit_Server_v1.0.10>java -Xmx8G -Xms2G -jar Hexxit.jar nogui 'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. when i play the game i dont hear some of the sounds birds sounds i hear and something else but not mobs sounds or anything else sounds can you please fix it

do something on the modpack YOU claimed to be yours there are some out there that are even better then this old thing, UPDATE it and make it something, really you from technik launcher CLAIMED hexxit to YOUR mod pack SO do something updated it and make it better its hard to belief that you are so slow, people out there did make hexxit something better but you, that claimed the HEXXIT mod pack, are slower then an snail, really people want updates not a damn Skin fix WOW who cares about skins really we wanna play the mod not the Fricking SKINS okay

Hexxit 2 is available to download in the Technic launcher, but I guess you're too stuck-up to realize that. Just go to Settings > Select Version > A Specific Version > 2.0.1c The update for skins was only for version 1. Also, you should learn how to use proper punctuation; it goes a long way!

Latest Update

Lumy Skin Patch has been updated to 1.0.13 so skins should be working again. Existing modpack builds were updated to the fixed version.
