Jebcraft 3 is the sequel to the runaway smash hit Minecraft modpack/server Jebcraft 2, which ran from May 2019 until just now. The modpack's overall character remains the same, but starting a new map has given us the opportunity to move much closer to our twin goals of (1) fun, challenging survival gameplay and (2) building cool stuff.
The most noticeable improvements are in world gen! Jebcraft 3 features climate bands, big realistic overworld biomes, flowing streams and rivers, and underground biomes with enormous interlinked caverns.
Adventuring has also gotten a look. If you played Jebcraft 2, you will remember the dark nights and roving packs of murderous zombies. I'm sure you'll be happy to know... that they're back! — along with dozens of brand-new surprises to reward exploring every inch of the map.
Almost every major mod in the pack has updated, too. Look for new machines, new spells, new mobs, and new ways to trick and antagonize your fellow player. Most of Jebcraft's 160+ mods are tweaks, small utilities, and performance fixes. Here are the ones you should know about to have the best possible experience:
