Two issues, potentially one to do with my lack of knowledge with certain mods.
1) I am unable to equip any armor whatsoever, aside from the ranger armor that you start with.
2) I am permanently sprinting at speed IV or V. I believe it may be caused by LevelUp! Reloaded but I am not sure. I really don't want it, as I think it feels sort of unbalanced.

Once you have chosen a class, you can only put on limited armor.
Each class of MKUltra can wear a certain armor class. Therefore, magicians can only wear robes, whereas knights can wear heavier armor. Restricted armor cannot be worn by any class because they are (probably) too strong.
I'd love to try this pack, but whenever i try and boot it up it says it quit unexpectedly. Is this on my end? I'm running this on a laptop, but it's been able to run most other packs just fine
Can you explain the problem in a little more detail? Have you given the modpack enough RAM? I would recommend at least 6 GB.

have you thought about adding Cooking for Blockheads?
It's got a multiblock kitchen set that makes cooking Pam's Harvestcraft recipes quite a bit easier. Idk if it has any issues involving the item id's, but it's made life a lot easier for me.

So, I'm currently working on version 1.2.6 and tried to add the mod. Apparently, I've already reached the max amount of given ID's (even with NotEnoughIDs). This means, I can't even add any more content to the mod, only if I remove any exiting content.
is there a server where i can play on ?

Unfortunately, no. I am currently working on a server package, so that you can easily set up a server for yourself and your friends.
Some things are still not balanced (main reason is the immense strength of the tanky classes -> MKUltra). Mowzies boses & Grimoire-of-Gaia mobs will become (even) stronger. All Vanilla tools, except wooden tools, will get banned, with the goal to focus more on Tinkers Construct.
