Install Not-So-Simple Modded Survival

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Not-So-Simple Modded Survival) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Not-So-Simple Modded Survival from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Finding a perfect modpack for players that love the new, modded content but hate the extreme difficulty of certain mods is not-so-simple. From, "This mod is too difficult," to, "There aren't any mods I like," I can easily say that I've made all of those complaints. So, instead of complaining about modpacks I don't like, I decided to solve the issue for everyone that's like me by making a modpack with these things in mind.

Not-So-Simple Modded Survival is a modpack made by a picky person, for picky people. Or people that aren't, whatever is your cup of tea.

I put these mods together so it will satisfy the achievement-hunting, hardcore players, while also being easy enough for a slow-paced, more peaceful, creative player. With mods like Biomes O' Plenty, The Twilight Forest, Chisel, Thaumcraft, Bibliocraft, MrCrayfish's Furniture Mod and more, this modpack adds enough excitement for the hardcore, achievement-hunting survival player, while also leaving an assortment of beautiful new mobs and blocks for the creative player. A perfect harmony.
