Cobblemon Islands [Official] updated to version 1.3.8
- Mod list has been cut from 90 down to 32
- Loading times, login times, world generation times have significantly improved over the old modpack
- Fancymenu & drippyloading screen have been re-done:
> File size decrease from 135mb down to 105mb (Cleared up a lot of clutter and depreciated files)
> Animations on-top of buttons only play once (From testing, this significantly improves performance ram & performance on older machines)
> All scaling issues have been fixed (someone didn't build the menu around, auto-scaling "tut tut")
> Removed a lot of excess buttons, that just cluttered up the; pause, singleplayer, multiplayer menus
- I have implemented a sort of cheat method to the server resource pack loading (Instead of taking up to 10 - 20 seconds to load, this new method momentarily pauses the game to load it in 2 - 4 seconds) - Do note this does cause the client's game to freeze
- QOL mods have been cut a lot, after doing research, looking at other examples & speaking to fellow modpack authors as this is more a "cut and dry modpack" designed around a singular mod, it should limit the QOL mods to the bare essentials only
