Do structures spawn in the world like marine bases or engineer temples?

LV-223 Varda isn't colonized, but it is being terraformed by Engineers. I have found caves with Engineers and treasure, special trees with Predator stash and a UDL-10 dropship. I was reading glixyl.org and they are saying that the second chapter will be on LV-426 Acheron, which will have bases and stuff.
um my character vire is weird it looks incredibly zoomed in like my character is perpetually affected by slowness but with just the view being affected, so can i fix it or is it a normal feature of the pack?

For a little extra information, Prometheus Rising is just the first part of this story. The next chapter is set in both space and on LV-426, where you will encounter many Xenomophs and need turrets for base defense. hello glixyl, could u come clear on some materials.... like how do i get string and do i have to go to LV-426 to kill xenomorphs and if so how?

You should add an option to turn of quest mode, so it can be played like normal survival (also if you die it's not permanent XD). If there is a way, let me know. Great job.

thanks for the feedback! here is the simple way to cheat XD - Open to LAN, type /gamemode 1 then open up the creative inventory and either search for 'heart' or the book tab where you can get the hearts (lives). Get like 100 of them. Go back to /gamemode 0 and eat the hearts. Voila!

Ri5ux, Cybercat5555, ender23 and HassanS6000 really did a lot of work to make the release of this pack much better. Without them, it would be a shadow of what it is now.
i have been watching Ulandos' YouTube series about this mod pack and its really awesome! you should post his video to the main page so people can see how fun it is

how am i supposed to get basic items like string?, to craft silk mesh and you know some other basic stuff

most all of this is explained in the quest book. you open your inventory with the E key and type the word silk into the search box at the bottom. it will show you the recipe. you need to hit the leaves with the crook and sometimes a silk worm will fall out. you take the silk worm and place it on a new tree. that silk worm will infect the trees leaves and make them turn white. once the whole tree turns white, use the crook to hit the leaves to get string and more worms. I am making a tutorial video and will post here
this modpack is amazing, you did a great job but i do have only 1 actually big problem-
when i opened a server (twice) there was no vanila mob spawn at all
no sheeps no zombies no spiders no endermans no pigs NOTHING.... is there any way to fix this? i want to play this modpack it is amazing modpack

thanks for the feedback jaThePro! if you have played skyblock and/or HQM survival packs such as Crash Landing before, this is sort of a twist on that; set in the AVP universe. read the quest book because that will teach you how to get food (such as the worms in the trees to eat or use as bait on a wooden fishing rod), sift for Earth resources and get seeds, etc. You can acquire everything you need to progress technically by following the quest line in the book. The quest book will eventually offer you rewards in the form of vanilla Minecraft spawn eggs for animals, monsters and villagers.
I can't play this modpack because this modpack requires 2,5 GB RAM and y using 1GB RAM. And I do not know how to find the solution !

did you read the file named "READ ME FIRST" inside the .zip file that you downloaded? you need to set the EULA to true per Mojang rules, then double-click the Launch script for either Windows or Mac
