Hi circuit, its been around a year now, I really hope this modpack isn't dead.
The way you combine terrafirmacraft with weather2 is awesome, and I'm going to record a series on it.
Do you have plans to update it? as TerraFirmaCraft 2 will probably release in the upcoming months and (although people don't like or follow it) you have a embryo of a fanbase starting. Your modpack is the only ojne that is this innovative. So if you can, please update it.
Oh also: I recommend CustomNPCS mod, it will help, its got a 1.7.10 version and its AWESOME

This modpack is currently not being updated, but I have plans to update it and fix a lot of stuff pretty soon. About a server, I've been also thinking about adding that, I'll let you know what happens.

Sorry, that I didn't respond till now. Quite a few people seem to be having this problem, but I can't find why, because it is loading fine for me. Could you send me your crash log please?
This pack is being unstable. I can get to building terrain and it shuts down internal server. Ran it with 2G and 2.5G of ram.

It wont work, it loads, then after a few mins, it crashes. plz fix
It loads fine for me. Idk what troubleshooting steps you have taken, but try adding more ram to the technic launcher (2 or more gb)
hey, can i recommend adding terramisc and decorations addon to the pack? they really make TFC shine, in my opinion.

I could probably help pay for the server if you'd like. I should be able to pay for half of it per month depending on the price, in exchange for a position on staff.

The Sound Filters mod is pretty awesome and makes everything more realistic. And about your server having trolls... couldn't you put on the front page of this pack that people have to comment here or message you somehow to request being whitelisted? You could even have them answer a question about the pack. Most people who would cause trouble are too lazy to mess with stuff like that. No offense, trouble-making-people.

And about the mod... I think it would be best if you added it since you're the one in charge of this project. Wooh for triple commenting!

Would be great if there were a server to go along with this modpack, I made one for my friends and I; however, I think it would be better if there were a public one for all RealElements players. I can help you make one if you need any help, CircuitLord.
I've actually been thinking about doing that for a while, the only problem is, in tfc, you have to be careful with the resources you have. Some troll players might get on and just take out everything nearby. Also, I don't have any spare money right now (just built a gaming pc).
If you would be willing to host/pay for a server for it, I'd be glad to make it the official server of Real Elements. Also, Kalman's idea of making it whitelisted so trolls don't get on is a good idea.

Open your Technic Launcher, and navigate to the "Modpacks" tab. If you haven't already, copy and paste this link "http://api.technicpack.net/modpack/realelements" into the search. RealElements should show up. Click on it, and hit install in the bottom right corner of your screen. After that finishes, there should be a "Play" button in the place of it. Click on it, and the modpack should start to load up. It will take quite a while, since it must load many mods, so give it a while. Hope this helps!
Great job on mod pack! I do recommend that you get more shaders packs though.

For some odd reason i am having trouble starting the game... it freezes as soon as it opens the minecraft client.

Well, I'm not sure what the problem is, but I can give a few suggestions. Make sure you let the modpack load for a while before you do this next step, they can take quite a long time to open sometimes. If that doesn't work, in your technic launcher, try giving your modpacks more memory: Launcher Options > Java Settings > Memory, then try changing the Memory tab to 2+ GB. If you are still having issues, let me know, and I'm sure we can fix it!
Oh, I figured out the problem. I found an error in the pack. I'm pretty sure I tested this before posting the pack, but aperently I didn't. I will fix it ASAP. I'm really sorry about that.
Hello, your modpack looks pretty fun but can you give a list of the mods used or maybe a kind of wiki, at least to know how to start ! thanks a lot !
