Jeb! Tech and Magic, Balanced updated to version 1.7
### FINAL BALANCE OF ORE DOUBLING ###
- Tinker's Construct: Smeltery produces 1 ingot per ore (reduced from 2x).
- Thaumcraft: Alchemy doubles ore by turning it into Native Clusters.
- Embers: Melter doubles ore.
- Astral Sorcery: Starlight Infuser triples ore.
- Immersive Engineering: Crusher triples ore (reduced from 4x).
### MODS ###
- Added WarsFtbDynmap (show team claimed territory on Dynmap).
- Added support for modded blocks to Dynmap.
### TWEAKS ###
- First-time players now receive some starting items.
- Ore excavation no longer works with bare hands.
- Re-added EFLN with a more expensive recipe. Other TiC gadgets are back and unchanged.
- Crushing Amber Bearing Stone now has a chance to yield Rare Earths.
- Removed several more ProjectE recipes that were missed the first time through: Philosopher's Stone, Alchemical Chest, Divining Rod, Repair Talisman.
- The Alchemical Bag and Condenser Mk1 now use Obsidian Chest in their recipes instead of Alchemical Chest.
- The Transmutation Table recipe now uses Block of Diamond instead of Philosopher's Stone.
- Auto-shutdown set for 3 AM daily in FTB Utilities.
