Tekkit 2 - Technic Platform

Tekkit 2 updated to version 1.1.2

☢️ Further tweaks to reactors! If you have any steam reactors, turn them off & reconfigure before updating to avoid explosive consequences.

Changes:
• Thanks to suggestions from multiple players & Speiger, the steam output from steam reactors has been significantly boosted (similarly to the boost of normal reactors).
• Updated Logistics Pipes to its latest version.

That's it! This update is now available to everyone by default in the launcher.

for some reason i got kicked from mine and my friends tekkit 2 server.. he was still in it np but i got kicked and couldnt get back in so i uninstalled to reinstall and ot wont download it just sits stuck at 0% so i uninstalled technic its self and reinstalled it and same thing i cant downlaod tekkit 2 to install it i can many of the other technic packs but not tekkit 2 any ideas whats up?

Some notes/bugs(?) I've noticed with this new update: - When loading into any v1.1.1 world, I get "Forge Mod Loader detected missing registry entries". Missing minecraft:items: railcraft:emblem, railcraft:tool_stone_carver It's odd, since I never crafted/used these items in these saves - Coke blocks in my survival save are named "tile.railcraft.generic_coke.name", but as soon as I craft (1 coke block [broken name] -> 9 coke [correct name] -> coke block [correct name]) it goes back to normal. - Railcraft iron tanks didnt convert the fluids correctly from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2, I lost all liquids inside my tanks. When I tried to rebuild them, the glass tank sides always kept the horizontal texture, even when the tank wasn't fully complete. Hope this helps find bugs, thank you sm for keeping Tekkit 2 updated!!

Hey! The first couple of issues are due to the Railcraft update and are pretty annoying but should be unharmful. Regarding the last issue, can you reproduce it? Reporting bugs over https://bit.ly/Tekkit-2-Issue-Tracker is appreciated. Thank you for the feedback :)

IC 2 Furnace (industrial furnace) doesn't accept some stuff since 1.1.0. It does accept raw logistic pipes chips, but wont accept things like sand or stones.

To add to this, it looks live all vanilla furnace recipes are not working (cooking clay to bricks, steaks, ect)

They seem to be working fine, just not in IC2C smelting machines. This was reported to the mod author, so hopefully it will be resolved soon.
