yo so. i think i must be doing something wrong or somethings wrong with my launcher
i wanna play tekkit classic, so i copy the url. go to add more mod packs and paste, but it always say invalid url. what the heck. Also the only thing launcher will launch is basic minecraft. Any answers?

You used this url? Make sure you're copying the url from the "Install this Modpack" button, not your browser. http://api.technicpack.net/modpack/tekkit
I'm using Multicraft to run a server, but I just get this:
"[Server] SEVERE Unable to process our input to locate the minecraft code" (Then a bunch of other stuff)

Anything I'm not doing right? Is it just because it's a linux?
For now I'm going to run it without Multicraft, but I would like some help as soon as anyone reads this.

i to run a multicraft server the fix is to delete all the files in your server folder then start the server and it will remake all files and fix the problem
download tekkit classic server from this website.
Is there a way to fix the gray screen launch issue? it launches and all it does is launch a gray screen

Does anyone know where I should begin with creating custom plugins for Tekkit Classic, I cannot seem to get any of the plugins I create to work, any point in the right direction would be great! Thanks!

does anyone know if there is a MCedit or somekind of a similar program that would work with techinc classic
*need it becouse my friend made a mashine that overflew and it threw out so many items on ground that server keeps on crashin as soon as he logs in or if anyone gets near* (if you know any other solution please tell ^^)

Why is it when I download the server download I dont get a server properties folder and whenever i click launch it says I dont have enough space to run whatever when I have plenty of space? If you have a solution let me know because I can not host the server without the server properties folder.

I dunno what causes it, but using this in your launch bat should help. Pass it along!

Hey all having issues with my private server. Everything is all setup right but when my friend tries to join through my WAN IP he can see the server fine but when he clicks to connect its lags out and get this error messages like "disconnect.endOfStream" and "[INFO]lost connection: disconnect.genericReason"
Ports are all forwarded and i have searched everywhere online looks like heaps of people with this issue but cant find a fix. Any help would be appreciated

i need help please everytime i download the launcher then play tekkit classic it either doesnt load and stays on a grey screen or it randomly shuts of and i have to click play again. plz i really want to play it i miss this game but it wont let me

i play on a mac computer, and how come when i play Tekkit classic on the technic launcher i won't let me play in full screen?

download the technic launcher from the top grey bar of this website, and then search tekkit classic in the modpack list of the downloaded launcher.

First started playing about 3-4 years ago now still playing i love tekkit classic so much dont read my forum name idk why its like that i dont rember having it but yeah if admin could change my name to 1234kenn1234 i would be happy. But anyways Still loving it Awesome.

could someone help me with why sphax PureBDcraft texturepack for tekkit classic causes tekkit classic lag at 0.5fps?
I allocated 3gb of memory and have plenty to spare.
I reinstalled and that didnt help.
I tried the exact same texturepack on my other pc without issues.
I got 2 gb vram so thats not an issue.
can someone help?

oh and the game works fine without the texturepack so its definitely the texturepack causing this, but why? im using the x64 version! i even contacted the pureBDcraft dudes over at their website and i got all the same stuff i found on google!
may i ask for the link you have do download assets in this modpack?

You all know that almost every mod of Tekkit Classic is updated to 1.7.10, right?
You can build a Tekkit Classic 1.7.10 modpack with less amounts of legacy Minecraft issues.
That is what I did.
have you posted it because i would like to play or do i have to do it to my game. please post it so i can play i am not good with computers
