Install Tekkit Classic

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Tekkit Classic) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Tekkit Classic from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Hi, Im a new server host, And willing to host this for anyone who wants it, It will be low specs privite server, but will be lag free for under 10 players, And all it costs is a good build you made as a .schmatic

Now I can't even open it so I deleted it and now every time I install it instead of saying "delete mod" and "play" it says "delete mod" and "install" SOMEONE HELP ME PLZ

My tekkit if fine until I go to the Minecraft homepage and when I click multiplayer its a dirt,brown blank screen and then it turns white Help!

you install the tekkit classic by putting the link into your add mod browser on the launcher

How do i play online

when I go to the api.technicpack.net/modpack/tekkit link for the download, I would be taken to a white,blank page except for this: {"status":401,"error":"Request Unauthorized"} Tried on my laptop on windows 8 and my pc running windows 7, both on the google chrome browser. Also, my launcher will NOT connect to your servers, and I have already allowed Java through my AV. My launcher will not show any modpacks when you use the search bar either.

highlight it and click and drag it to where it says add mod pack then click install
