Install The Expansion Pack

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (The Expansion Pack) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select The Expansion Pack from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Looking for a new modpack but want something more than a "Vanilla+" pack? You're in luck! The Expansion Pack aims to heighten the vanilla experience while also fleshing out the adventure, exploration, and creativity aspects of Minecraft and preserving the general ambience of the game.

Features:

  • HUNDREDS of QOL changes and visual enhancements
  • Tons of performance optimizations
  • Features from 1.13/1/14, including blocks, items, mobs, water mechanics, and ocean generation
  • More structure generation, including battletowers, much larger dungeons, meteors, forts, ruins, towers, giant trees, and more (all with custom loot tables)!
  • Enhanced biome, tree, and other flora generation
  • New mobs, including bears, birds, fish, deer, foxes, and penguins (as well as new vanilla mob variants)
