it takes too long to load ive been waiting here for 10 mins and it has still not loaded

When I updated my launcher on the latest update I was able to start TPPI, but I wasn't able to play because it crashed. How do I fix this?

So I realized there was Tinker's Construct in this modpack, and the items are all showing up on my NEI, but when I try to craft Tinker's Construct items, the item is deleted from my inventory. Anyone can help?
