On OS Big Sur every time I try to open the modpack it says that my java is out of date and crashes. I am running the most current version and am not sure what's wrong. Can anyone help?

I'm on a Macbook and every time I try to open a mod it says something like your java is out of date for Minecraft but I downloaded the latest one? I really need some help getting in :)

Every time I try to go on Pokezone it always says "Failed to log in: Invalid session (Try restarting your game and the launcher) Can some please tell me the way to fix that. I saw a Yt named RageElixir play and it seemed so fun. I really need someone to tell me how to get in. :(

after donating on Pokelengends i was locked in jail for something i didnt do. shady staff on that server.
