It says i have only 1gb of ram when i press play but if i go into my computer properties it says i have 8gb of ram need some help

It does not tell me how much ram is actually usable however
You need java 64bit installed to be able to give the launcher more then 1 gb of ram
i installed it but nothing changed and it still says i'm running 32bit where do i go to switch it over to 64bit
nvm success has been reached we have lift off!
I don't think its compatible with safari can someone tell me what it is compatible with

Whenever I log out for any amount of time, and I log back in to play a world I worked really hard on, it just wont load. It will go into the loading screen, but it just stops there, no text, just the dirt background. Can anybody help me on this?

I tried installing the pack but witchery is taking longer than it should to load

Hey guys, I run this game on my some what slow laptop and I was wondering if anyone knew how to speed it up. It would be great to know. And thanks Amaxter for making so many amazing modpacks.
PS I am running it with the latest version of java and 7gb of ram and it is still slow.

What laptop do you have?
an asus with a intel pentium prossesor
im too good with the computer specsbut thtats all ik. I dint know the exactly model
Hmm, try lowering the setting for minecraft little. I know it may not be the best thing but it might help. Also if your computer can handle it turn the chunk loading to either smooth or multi-core. I use multi-core cause I am on a desktop with an 8 core proccessor. But that should help some.
We are ind 2nd place for trending modpacks. We just need to get to 1st then the server will be here asap. So everyone remember to like the modpack!

So i just downloaded the modpack, but i am getting horrible fps (5 - 10 fps) and it even freezes sometimes. Any ideas on what i can do to help. I in no way intend this to sound like i am complaining about this modpack, it looks awesome, i would really love to play it. Thank you for any help.

You might want to check lots of the settings, turn stuff to fast, decrease the particles, and if that helps, it will eventually have mystcraft finish profiling, which helps a lot.
Also, somthing i shuld have put in the main post, i have a very good computer, an Alienware 17 to be exact. I am able to run Gta 5 and BF4 very well on the highest settings, so hardware shouldnt be a problem. @kingslime111 I will try that.
go to video settings and set you maximum fps to full that helps alot

Have the Technic Platform installed, come to this page, click on Install this Modpack in the top right, copy and paste the URL into the Platform's search bar and click install. Simple.

amaxter when is sorvor gonna be oop im waiting. I really want it by tomorrow but then again idk if that's possible. pls launch it asap if possible
I'm just going to mention my personal experience with The lootable bodies, I have used them on FTB departed on a server and they were very buggy, I found that they could dupe items, and they would occasionally not spawn at all, thus making you have no items dropped, and many times they would not let you access their inventory unless you Relogged. So, in my experience the Lootable Bodies are more buggy than I like.

I enjoyed the duping, as there was no way for the server to track it, but then the No Body spawning bug deleted both My, and my brother's inventory, including all of our tinkers' tools, after which I rage-quit the server.
Lol but they prob updated it to not do that by now
I tried to create a modern weapon box from the flans mod from my server, it came out as a null block and crashed my mc ;-; is there a way to enable flan's items on my server or something ... thanks

Ah forgot to include Flans server side, will be fixed for next update.

Be patient. If i knew some phrase or story to express the important of patience, i would say it. But i don't. I do have a comparison however: Eat cookie dough now or wait 15 minutes and eat cookies. Take your pick.

This comparison is flawed, since people like cookie dough. Maybe: Eat a cow or wait for them to kill it and cook it?

There was 115 mods now theres 114

Gravestone was removed, as it doesn't do anything with Advent of Ascension installed

It was removed I think, check the updates tab.
Is there any idea of when a server might come available? And by the way, really nice job staying up to date with Sparklez series.
