Install VeeTech

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (VeeTech) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select VeeTech from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Did you enjoy the wild adventure world of Hexxit, but wished there was some kind of automation, just a little bit of technology to help with repetitive tasks?

Well, I went a bit nuts after making about 400 YouTube videos, got obsessed with building a retro modpack with my favorite mods and a wild variety of things to do...

For more magic, I added MagicalCrops and Thaumcraft.

For more dimensions to explore, DimensionalDoors is great, but now there's Mystcraft too, and doors can drop you off in other ages. Beware!

For technology: Buildcraft, Railcraft, Thermal Expansion, Minefactory Reloaded and Steve's Carts. Go ahead, built a custom drill cart and grind your way through slime islands.

For just plain fun ... DartCraft! An old favorite of mine, with better engines, custom tools, a portable clipboard and the ultimate Force Wrench for moving chests and spawners around. And those hilarious and lovable ender tots!

Wild enough? Try Fossils & Archaeology, where you can try to extract DNA from fossils and try to breed your own dinosaurs. And Farlanders will keep you on your toes -- more creatures, more structures, more trades.

Need more blocks for your buildings? Railcraft and MFR add a bunch, but I added the tiny but wonderful Chisel mod for about 200 more.

And in case you get tired of eating the same old steaks, I added Harvestcraft. Now there is food everywhere, new trees, new crops, so now you can open up your very own Italian Restaurant in hell.

Last but not least, if you need help sacking all these dimensions, use your new Minions. ;-)

Latest Update

Guess I forgot to uncheck the Hidden box, so this pack has been hiding in the closet for the last year and a half. I will always like 1.5.2, and this is a fun fun set of mods.
